Thank You for Supporting CFY at the 2026 Spring Soirée!

On Saturday, March 07, we celebrated the power of community-based mentoring at our 2026 Spring Soirée - and it was a splendid time AND a massively successful evening of FUNdraising! We're thrilled to share that we were able to raise over $190K - meaning that we are less than $10,000 away from our goal of $200K. And we have great news - it's not too late to donate toward our goal! Help us close the gap by making a donation via our secure portal: https://communityyouth.ejoinme.org/2026donation

As always, our community members went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this evening magical. We want to give a shout-out to this year's sponsors: KPMG, 1st Security Bank, Electro AntiquesLights Inc, Ewing & Clark, NowCFO, Retail Lockbox, and Sprague Israel Giles. THANK YOU for underwriting this event and helping us retain critical fundraising dollars.

We had the great honor and privilege of welcoming a previous match of three years, Aaron Lin and Eric Lee, to the stage to share their CfY story. THANK YOU, Aaron and Eric, for sharing your stories with our community!

We'd also like to thank Sasha Summer Cousineau, our emcee and auctioneer, for bringing joy, zest, and a wonderful sense of humor to our live program. Shoutout to previous CfY Mentor Annie Miclat for serving as our Auction Catalogue Reader for a THIRD year! Thank you to our LeaderCorps students, PK, Siga, Luis, Qing, Chloe, Jake, Joe, and Olive for their onstage roles throughout the evening! And thank you to previous student Janice Wu for capturing photos all evening!

Thank you to our Board and our Planning Committee for their hard work on this event, and a special thank you to Event Chair Hyun Choi for guiding our planning process from beginning to end!

Many thanks to our caterers at That Brown Girl Cooks for serving up amazing appetizers and dinner, Block 41 for once again providing a gorgeous space for this celebration, and Pixel Perfect Memories for delivering a fun and easy photobooth experience for our guests.

Lastly, we want to thank our staff and event volunteers for contributing their time, talents, and smiles to this year's Spring Soirée. We truly could not have pulled this off without you, and we are so thankful for your efforts!

See you all next year!
